The 26-year-old singer has been caught on camera by paparazzi driving her white Mercedez-Benz at 100 miles per hour in Los Angeles Thursday night.

The paparazzi who have followed her begged her to slow down for fears of safety but the Gimme More singer paid no attention to the calls and continued to cause apprehensions as she proceeded to make several illegal u-turns.

The erratic driving has been documented in footage by Hollywood TV.

Her driving skills have always been in question and have caused her problems in her bitter custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline.

A judge on the case banned Spears from driving with her two kids in the car after a numerous driving violations.

Britney's Life To Be Turned Into A Movie!

Evanna Lynch, who plays the character of Luna Lovegood in the Harry Potter movies, is set to play Britney Spears in a movie based on the life of the singer. According to Fox channel, the autobiographic movie will be known as Britney, born to succeed, and filming will begin in August 2008. The release date has not been announced. Evanna will play Britney from the beginning of her career, her life and all the chaos now.

Britney Spears defaults on lawsuit

A default was entered against Britney Spears involving a lawsuit that was filed against her by her former manager, Johnny Wright. The clerk of the courts signed the default on December 18, 2007, according to court papers obtained by “Extra.”

"A default is hereby entered against the Defendant, Britney Spears, for failure to file an answer or responsive pleading to Plaintiff' Complaint filed with this court on October 26, 2007, as required by Florida Rules of Civil Procedure 1.140 (a) (1) and within the time specified on the Summons." The papers show that Spears was personally served with the lawsuit at a medical building in the garage/valet area in Beverly Hills, California.

"This service was filmed by various tabloid and TV network photographers," the papers state. According to the documents, Spears never responded to the lawsuit.

Brit's Dangerous Curves

Britney had another wild night Thursday night, but this time, she was behind the wheel, gunning her Mercedes to speeds of at least 90 miles an hour on city streets!

Our photogs just came in with more details of Brit's "crazy" driving: Britney started her night on Robertson, shopping at Lisa Kline before stopping at the Starbucks up the street.

Then, when she was heading back to her house, she made a few illegal U-turns before heading back to Sunset, where she went 90mph before stopping at her second gas station of the night, to buy cigarettes (you can hear her peeling out in our video here).

She again made a pair of illegal U-turns in Malibu and Beverly Hills before heading home around 11 - but she didn't stay at home.

She came back out later that night to go to Virgin Megastore (which was closed), before heading home.

Slow down, Brit, you don't need to get anywhere that fast!

The producers of a new film about drug use want Britney Spears to sign on for a starring role.

"Memoirs of a Medicated Child" stars Andy Dick and is currently in pre-production.

"Extra" has received the following statement from Tommy Parker, the director and producer of the film: "'Memoirs of a Medicated Child" is in pre-production, the film is featuring Andy Dick, Ross Tyler, Peter Iacangelo, Adam Ropp just to name a few.

"As far as the others chosen, there are many negotiations in place. Nothing is said and done until the ink is dry. We would gratefully welcome Ms. Spears aboard! Tommy Parker and crew feel that she would be a great asset to the film. She is very talented young woman and look forward to working with her."

Britney Spears’ Custody Blues

Now that the holidays are over, Britney Spears has to go back to her normal custody routine with her sons Jayden James and Sean Preston. And from the looks of it, she’s not too thrilled.
The “Gimme More” singer was granted a two-day visit with her boys from the court presiding over her custody battle. But yesterday, her time was up and she was forced to meet ex-husband Kevin Federline to exchange the kids.

After the emotional good-bye, Brit headed over to Starbucks before stopping at Melanee Thai Restaurant in Los Angeles.
A bit more modest than usual, Spears sported a grey fedora and a striped cardigan with some jeans and knee-high boots. Perhaps the conservative attire was indicative of her somber disposition.

However, as the 25-year-old mother of two has blown off over a half-dozen previously scheduled attempts at being deposed — including two depositions ordered by the court! — many insiders are convinced that she will be a no-show for this one as well. But considering the potentially dire consequences for Brit, she might want to think twice before oversleeping or calling in sick next week.

"She could go to jail for contempt of court if she refuses to show," one legal eagle confirms to OK!. "That would be extreme for a child custody hearing, but not outside the realm of possibility." More likely, explains the courtroom insider, K-Fed's team could ask the court to impose monetary sanctions on Britney, who is already footing the bill for Kevin's legal expenses!

They told her she should snip off a few strands of their hair right after they’ve returned from Kevin’s place and have them analyzed in a lab.
Indeed, “testing for secondhand marijuana use can be done using a lock of hair,” confirms addiction expert Marty Brenner. “The test must be done within a day or two after exposure. Secondhand smoke would definitely show up, and results usually come back in a couple of days.”

Jamie Lynn Spears, Britney’s 16-year-old sister, has revealed that she is pregnant.

The Zoey 101 star confirms her expectant status in OK! magazine’s new issue and says that the father is longtime beau Casey Aldridge.

“It was a shock for both of us, so unexpected,” Spears says. “I was in complete and total shock and so was he.”

The high school junior who still calls Louisiana home told the tabloid she’s 12 weeks along but didn’t break the news to her mom until just before Thanksgiving.

“As soon as I found out for sure from the doctor, I took two weeks to myself where I didn’t tell anybody,” Spears said. “Only one of my friends knew because I needed to work out what I would do for myself before I let anyone’s opinion affect my decision. Then I told my parents and my friends. I was scared, but I had to do what was right for me.”
